We will work together to develop an individualized plan to present your house at its best with out breaking the bank. Furniture arrangement, painting, cleaning, organizing, trips to Goodwill, packing for the next move, repurposing existing items and some cost effective updates/additions can make a huge impact on the final sale price. This in combination with excellent photography and superior marketing will enable You and not someone else to obtain the maximum sale price.


Whether you are a first time buyer, moving up or downsizing we will discuss your housing needs, goals and dreams. I will explain the buying process, provide a packet of useful information and answer any questions you may have along the way. I will email you the available housing in your preferred areas, set up auto emails that will send you a daily update on new listings/price reductions and privately show you houses you select. I will assist you to evaluate the strengths and weakness of houses we view. When You find the right one we’ll create a negotiation strategy, make a clean compelling offer with price and terms approved by you. I will attend the inspection and help assess any issues which may need to be remedied. I will attend and follow up after your successful closing.
